We have devised a number of procedures in order to safeguard yourselves and our staff. Please take your time to familiarise yourself with them before visiting TimeLock’d Escape Rooms.

Key Points to Remember when Visiting TimeLock’d Escape Rooms

Players can be from the same or seperate households.

If you (or someone that you have been in close contact with) are showing any Covid 19 symptoms, we kindly ask that you stay at home.

Anyone displaying Covid 19 symptoms will be politely asked to leave.

Please only arrive 10 minutes before your allocated Time.

All persons entering the TimeLock’d building must sanitise their hands. Hand sanitising stations are provided throughout the building.

Please continue to wash your hands as regularly as possible and remember to visit a sanitizing station before entering and after leaving your escape room.

Please provide your own face, which must be worn at all times, including in all communal areas and in the escape room itself.

Please stick to the government issued guidelines at all times and maintain the ‘2 Metre’ or ‘1 Metre +’ social distancing rules whilst entering and inside the building.

Please keep your personal belongings to a minimum. Lockers will be provided and are fully cleaned and sanitised between games.

More Information on our Procedures

We ask that the person responsible for booking your experience consults each participant to check that each individual has been symptom free of Covid 19 for 14 days prior to visiting Timelock’d.

Anyone displaying symptoms such as a persistent cough or a visible temperature will be kindly asked to leave immediately. We will not be taking temperature tests, but ask customers to please inform us if any symptoms are present before they arrive.

TimeLock’d is assisting ‘Test and Trace’ by keeping a temporary record of all attendees to the building for 21 days, and will assist NHS Test and Trace with requests for that data if required. Details will not be used for any marketing purposes.

Please bring your own face masks or face covering. We advise the wearing of face masks and gloves in all communal areas. A face covering must be worn when entering the building and whilst in the reception area, corridor and toilet area.

Please stick to the government issued guidelines at all times and maintain the ‘2 Metre’ or ‘1 Metre +’ social distancing rules whilst in the building. All staff will adhere to the ‘1M+’ distance rule at all times and will be wearing a face covering.

We have installed signage to advise and remind people to social distance and to wash their hands.

We request that customers remain in the escape room for the duration of the session (as much as possible). Our Escape Rooms are fully ventilated.

Please maintain ‘One Metre Plus’ distancing within the Escape Room where possible and face masks should be worn in compliance with recommendations.

Customers must not exceed the stated room capacity.

We will clean and disinfect all contact surfaces in the rooms between bookings (there will be a minimum 30 minute gap in-between bookings)

The provision of hand sanitiser or handsoap and paper towels will be provided in multiple areas.

There will be regular cleaning and disinfecting of all communal areas.

We also recommend that customers bring their own hand sanitiser and use this regularly as well as washing their hands to increase the safety for themselves and others.
